Upon arrival, I noticed the room was a bit dusty and hot initially, but it was a good size with a comfy bed and a nice bath. The staff member was always ready to help and offered great suggestions with excellent English. The hotel offers a cozy environment with welcoming service.
My stay at the hotel was absolutely fantastic! The staff were always eager to help and provided great suggestions with good English. The room layout was incredible with a double bed downstairs and three singles upstairs that could be combined into a giant bed. Plus, I even got a bathrobe to enjoy the spa. While the dining experience was just average, the hotel's service, location, and facilities made up for it.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were spacious and provided great space for everyone. However, they are not large. The service was top-notch, with the staff going out of their way to assist us with treks, tours, and restaurant recommendations. The location was awesome, close to the mountains and perfect for relaxing after days of hiking. The dining options were varied and abundant, perfect to fuel up before a day of exploring. The price was reasonable overall.
